Refunds are only given for medical reasons. Refunds will not be given for covid-related reasons
unless there is a complete mandatory shutdown of the program.
Competitive Program Withdrawal Notice
To withdraw from the Saskatoon Lasers Swim Club, families are required to provide 30 days’ written notice via email to the Club’s Office Manager. This policy allows for withdrawal at any time during the swim season, provided that the notice is properly submitted and the required notice period is respected.
Official Notice of Withdrawal
- All withdrawals must be submitted in writing via email to: office@laserswimming.ca
- Verbal notice or written notice given to coaches or other staff will not be considered official.
- The “Official Notice of Withdrawal” must clearly indicate the swimmer’s name, training group, and the intended final date of participation.
- A 30-day notice period will begin from the date the official email is received by the Office Manager.
Fees and Registration Closure
- Swim fees will continue to be charged for the full 30-day notice period.
- Your swimmer’s registration will be closed at the end of the 30-day notice period.
- No refunds will be issued for missed practices or early withdrawal during the notice period.
