Warm up procedure for weekend:
Start of warm-up - 20 minute mark: lanes 1-7 : 11 & under, lane 8: para only lane
At 20 minute mark: Lane 1 opens for diving (stays open as a dive lane for remainder of warm-up), one way swimming only; Lane 2-7 opens for 12 & over; Lane 8: para only lane
30 minutes - end of warm-up: Lane 1 - diving only, Lane 8 - diving only (no longer a para only lane), Lane 7 - back stroke starts; Lane 2-6 open for regular warm-up
