Hello HP & TAG 2 families and athletes,
We will be bringing Mark Epp in to run our next mental performance session with our competitive groups
We ask that all athletes be in attendance for this session. The session will take place on Sunday February 9th from 3:35-4:05 P.M. in the classroom just off the pool deck. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

3:00 - 3:30 P.M. TAG 1
