Hello TAG 1 families and athletes,
We will be bringing Mark Epp in to run mental performance sessions with our competitive groups and parents. We got some positive feedback from his session last year so we will be building on these sessions with him throughout the year.
We ask that all athletes be in attendance for this session. The session will take place on November 17th from 4:05-4:35 P.M. in the classroom just off the pool deck. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
Schedule:
3:30 - 4:00 P.M. HP1 + HP2 + TAG 2
4:05 - 4:35 P.M. TAG 1
4:40 - Warm up start for race series
Fees: No Cost
Location: Shaw Centre - North Meeting Room - enter off the deck
