Our Development Camp is a specialized training opportunity offered every other month, designed specifically for athletes in our White 1 and White 2 training groups, as well as select Para Athletes across our program. This camp is meant to enhance our athlete development pathway through a fun and purposeful camp, focusing on building strong technical foundations and fostering team camaraderie in a dynamic learning environment.
Each camp targets one specific stroke or skill, allowing swimmers to dive deep into the mechanics, technique, and application of that focus area. Whether it's refining freestyle efficiency, breaststroke timing, or enhancing underwater work, the goal is for athletes to leave with a clear understanding and practical tools to improve their performance.
Beyond skill development, the camp provides a unique setting for swimmers to train together outside their regular groups, encouraging collaboration, peer learning, and a sense of community.
It’s an excellent chance for athletes to challenge themselves, gain new perspectives, and grow both in and out of the water.
