This session is a trial run of our JAG 1 program. Our coaches need to ensure swimmers are able to participate in an organized practice and are able to perform the basic fundamental strokes – butterfly kick, breaststroke, freestyle and backstroke kick. This will also include the strokes breast, free and back.
Butterfly is a stroke that is introduced in pool school but it is not a criteria stroke swimmers must have to join JAG 1. This stroke is introduced in its entirety in JAG 1.
Swimmers: 1 hour practice : 6:30pm – 7:30pm - Shaw Centre
Parents/Guardians: 7:00pm – 7:30pm Meeting about our Competitive program. - Shaw Centre
