Top Ten Rankings!

Hello TEAM,

After the amazing showing at our last swim meet (GoldFins Invitational) and now that Swimming Canada has updated their database, SwimRankings shows us a snapshot of where we stand as a TEAM. I love the top ten ranking lists, as it shows our top ten fastest performances by athletes in each event, which shows the club's top performance, but also the kind of depth we are developing in that event. We can see the events that do not get swum enough and the events that are very competitive. We can also see strengths, weaknesses and gaps in our club, and then set out to build those areas. On top of all that, I believe these lists are great at developing friendly competition, which can be positive and productive in elevating everyone's training habits and push them to higher standards of training and racing.
