Sub 30 Club!

Hello TEAM,

One of the big barriers in age group swimming is the 30 second barrier for the 50Free (1min for 100FR and 2min for 200FR). Our coaching staff wants to see how many athletes we can get under the 30sec mark for 50 Free this season and we will be celebrating each swim by adding those athletes to the list of the "Sub 30 Club!" So far this season, with only one swim meet under our belts, we already have 4 athletes in this prestigious club. For the record if you swam sub30 last season it doesn't count, this is exclusive to the 2024-25 season, you will simply have to do it again!

Let's build this list as the season continues and watch our swimmers improve their times and watch the depth of our club increase with more athletes breaking barriers. Go Lasers Go!!!
