Stay Ahead of Being Tired (nutrition tips w/ Heather Hynes)

Hello TEAM,

This past Tuesday afternoon the TAG1, 2 and HP groups, were lucky enough to have Heather Hynes, from the Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan, come and talk about Nutrition and proper fueling tips. The presentation was focused on athletes (specifically age group swimmers) fueling themselves properly to achieve optimum performance before, during and after each training and racing session. The big focus was on WHAT to eat and WHEN to eat it.

Check them out and lets try and elevate our training and racing by fueling ourselves to the best of our ability. Now is te perfect time to test different fueling routines before, during and after workouts, to see what works for you, giving you the edge over your competition.

Remember we don't put garbage fuel into a formula 1 race car and expect it to perform at its peak.  Lets treat our bodies as high performance race cars and fuel up with PREMIUM fuel!!!
