New Masters Program

Hello TEAM,

The Laser's new Masters Program has been up and running for awhile now and we are having a blast training Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6-730AM at the SHAW center. Currently we have 14 athletes taking the plunge and diving into this new program. Coach Chris is running the program and it is designed for all levels, from beginners/novice to nationally ranked swimmers. We are not a 'learn to swim' program', but rather an adult swim training squad, with the goals of Fun, Fitness, improving our strokes, skills and getting faster. It goes without saying that Coach Chris will do his best to pressure some of the Master athletes into joining a swim meet and racing some time this season, but only when they are confident and race ready.
