Meet Wrap Up: Lasers Invitational, Saskatoon (Nov 24th)

Hello TEAM,

Over the weekend our TEAM hosted a few other clubs for a Super Sunday; one day event, two sessions, filled with FAST racing, and once again it was a roaring success. First a big THANK YOU to all the parents who stepped up and helped run the meet - we can not make these great events happen without the help and support of parent volunteers. Second, we were glad to see how many athletes braved the snowstorm and made it to the pool to race - thanks for joining the fun and not letting the weather deter you from your swim goals! In regards to the swimming, once again everyone ended up posting some amazing swims and we had a meet filled with best times, qualifying swims, lots of podiums and overall just some great racing. Let's keep the great energy going on deck and in the pool. Stay focused on the 1% gains, the daily wins and things that are in your control. Lots of great swimming (training and racing) ahead of us so take care of yourselves. Eat healthy, sleep lots and don't let anyone out train you!
