Meet Wrap Up: Bridge City Classic (Apr 16-19)

Hello TEAM,

T.E.A.M. Stands for "Together, Everyone, Achieves, More"! This weekend was a great example of how our awesome TEAM can come together, to run a great; 4 day, 7 session, prelims/finals, swim meet (with great food and awesome bag tags!) - not an easy task - but we did it, and we did it with smiles and style!!! A big THANK YOU and CONGRATS to every parent/volunteer that stepped up and gave up their week/weekend to make this home meet happen - we couldn't do it without you - you all rock!

Once again LASERS did an outstanding job racing their hearts out at our home pool and hosted meet. So many great swims, qualifying times, podiums, records etc. but even greater than that, was the TEAM bonding and culture development which was going on behind the scenes. Lots of friendships were made, teammates supporting each other, and younger athletes learning and growing alongside our top notch SNR swimmers, who acted as great mentors and made their coaches very proud in how they conducted themselves. We have a great TEAM of athletes, parents and coaches, and that's why; I'm proud to be a LASER!
